Great to meet you!

I graduated in 2019 as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and subsequently obtained certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I provide comprehensive, evidence-based mental health care to patients across the lifespan.

I am recognized for my accountability, professionalism, and strong commitment to patient wellness. My practice is grounded in a holistic approach that integrates both physical and mental health to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. My bicultural background strengthens my ability to connect with diverse populations, and my fluency in English and Spanish allows me to communicate effectively and build meaningful, trusting relationships with a broad range of patients.

My approach to therapy

I deliver patient-centered, holistic care that integrates physical and mental health needs to promote comprehensive wellness.

My approach is rooted in accountability, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practice, ensuring each patient receives individualized and compassionate care.

Drawing on extensive clinical experience both internationally and in the United States, I prioritize clear communication, respect, and continuity of care to build trust and support long-term health outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session focuses on creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can openly share your concerns at your own pace.

We’ll discuss your personal history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve in treatment. I take a comprehensive approach that considers both mental and physical health because the two are closely connected. By the end of our session, we’ll begin outlining a personalized plan together—one that helps you feel informed, empowered, and confident about the next steps in your care.

My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling understood, supported, and hopeful.
