Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through some of the most challenging and transformative moments of their lives. My areas of specialization include trauma, pregnancy/postpartum, pregnancy loss, relationship challenges and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with adults, couples and adolescents of diverse backgrounds. My practice is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering resilience and healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where both the therapist and the client work together to achieve the client's goals. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and transform. My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing on various modalities to tailor the treatment to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin to build a foundation of trust and understanding. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any specific concerns you want to address. I will also gather some background information to better understand your personal history and current situation. By the end of the first session, my aim is for you to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the therapeutic journey ahead.
