Great to meet you!

My name is Rosa M. Guzman, and as a Deaf Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW- MA) & Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW- CT) with over 24 years of experience and an MSW from Smith College School for Social Work. I specifically work with the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Community to give my clients hope, compassion, understanding, and support through their journey.

I specialize in working with individuals who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind. I provide therapy via telehealth and in-person for individuals and couples in MA & CT. I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, low self-esteem, schizophrenia, domestic violence survivors, sexual abuse, trauma, and LGBTQ issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. The customized approach blend therapy, mindfulness, and self-care techniques to promote their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients are never alone in their journey. My empathetic approach ensures clients feel heard, understood, and empowered every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you and learning about who you are as a person.

Thank you.
