Great to meet you!

Welcome, I've been a social worker for over a decade with experience in psychotherapy and care coordination in various states including New York and Florida. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life extending a helping hand to accompany you on your unique journey in life when you need it the most. I am bilingual and enjoy traveling, reading books, and having depth filled conversations. I have been told I bring a warm and welcoming safe space where you can come as you are to explore any challenges you may be facing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy includes a mix of traditional forms of therapy like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths Based Therapy, I also incorporate more holistic/creative practices like journaling, spirituality, bibliotherapy, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I believe in providing an open, safe, non-judgmental space that fosters connection to your deepest self. Talk therapy itself can be very challenging and I welcome the use of silence, music, art, and writing to facilitate that process.
