Great to meet you!

Before becoming a counselor, I worked as both a medical doctor and a pharmacist, which gave me a deep appreciation for how closely our minds and bodies are connected. Those years taught me that stress, culture, relationships, and health are never separate. I learned to look at the whole person, not just symptoms. That perspective now guides the way I sit with you in therapy. I bring that same integrated, compassionate lens into our work together.

My approach to therapy

I use an evidence-based, trauma-informed, and integrative approach to make sure our work together feels both grounded and safe. I draw from ACT, humanistic therapy, and systemic perspectives, blending different tools in a way that truly fits you. There’s no one-size-fits-all model here. We’ll choose what supports your growth, values, and goals. Therapy is tailored around you — not the other way around.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a space that feels calm, welcoming, and unhurried. We’ll talk about what brought you in and what’s been weighing on you lately, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, your strengths, and what you hope will feel different. Together, we’ll begin identifying clear goals and talk about how we might work toward them. Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very start.
