Great to meet you!

I know life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, panic, trauma, grief, or mood changes begin to affect your relationships, health, or sense of peace. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults in a supportive, respectful space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you better understand what you are going through, build on your strengths, and move toward greater balance, healing, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

With more than 39 years of clinical experience, I bring a warm, practical approach shaped by work in schools, counseling settings, and specialized services. I use CBT, strength-based, solution-focused, insight-oriented, multicultural, and trauma-informed approaches, always tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I also have a special interest in grief and bereavement, including support for oncology patients and their families. Whether you are facing stress, loss, trauma, or life transition, I strive to create a safe therapeutic relationship where meaningful growth and lasting change can happen.
