Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including life stressors, work-related pressures, friendship dynamics, and finding joy in life. While I specialize in helping people navigate these areas, I believe that therapy is ultimately about understanding your unique experiences and working together to figure out what works best for you. Whether you're facing stress at work, struggling with personal relationships, or feeling disconnected from the joy in your life, my goal is to help you explore what's going on and how it's impacting you. We'll work together to identify strategies that make things feel more manageable, and most importantly, help you create a path toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. Whether you’re struggling with the impacts of trauma, navigating the challenges of being a first responder or looking for support in your personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you and help you find the healing and clarity you deserve."

What you can expect from me

I have extensive experience working within the child welfare system. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families navigating the complexities of foster care, as well as working with foster parents and individuals who have experienced sexual abuse and various forms of trauma. In addition to my professional work, I am deeply passionate about supporting law enforcement and first responders. I understand the unique challenges and pressures they face, and I am committed to helping them navigate the balance between the demands of their roles and their personal well-being. I am also dedicated to working with Spanish-speaking, marginalized communities. I strongly believe in normalizing the conversation around mental health and helping individuals access the support they need, without fear of stigma.
