Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience, I believe therapy is not just about managing challenges, but also about understanding yourself more deeply, discovering your strengths, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My hope is that together, we can create a therapeutic space where you feel comfortable being fully yourself and supported in building a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and truly your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines traditional evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities with neurotherapy, mind-body techniques, and functional wellness strategies to support the whole person to include mind, body, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate a world that doesn’t always accommodate or understand the way you experience it. You deserve a space where you can feel seen, heard, accepted, and understood without judgment.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationships, emotional challenges, or simply feeling ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you, hold space for your story, and help you discover a path toward greater self-understanding, healing, and balance.
