I am bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I've been part of the mental health field since 2010, working with families, trauma/ high risk young adults in community mental health. I assist couples in enhancing their communication and enriching their relationship. I also have background in have addiction services experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to uncover the deeper roots of current symptoms, as well as lifestyle choices and patterns. Therapy can be an effective and empowering journey- we have to trust in the process. I have been practicing therapy since 2015, with experience in couples' therapy, life phase issues, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, geriatric concerns, postpartum challenges, addiction, work-related stress, and grief.
