Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Rocky Mountain Clinical Counseling in Denver, Colorado. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions in ways that feel supportive and empowering. My background includes work in intensive outpatient and community-based settings, which strengthened my belief in people’s ability to grow and heal when they have the right support. I value creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and cared for as they explore their own stories and begin to feel more grounded and at peace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies to help clients build self-awareness, emotional balance, and practical tools for daily life. I use a trauma-informed perspective and help clients understand how their experiences have shaped them while creating a sense of safety and trust. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership where we can explore, grow, and find real relief together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you in. I will ask gentle questions to understand your background, goals, and what has been feeling difficult lately. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward. It is completely okay if you feel nervous or unsure where to start. We will move at your pace and build comfort as we go.
