Great to meet you!

I’m Rosalee, and I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel understood and supported in navigating life’s challenges. My professional background includes supporting individuals with concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard and empowered to work toward positive change.

I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Arizona State University and my Masters in Social Work from Simmons University. I have 5 years of experience working in community mental health, inpatient facilities and outpatient work. Outside of my work as a therapist, I love caring for my pets, exploring new places and practicing mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

Rosalee provides evidence-based psychological treatments for teens and young adults using a holistic and eclectic approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. My approach draws from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions and Person-Centered Therapy, among others, with a focus on helping clients build resilience, self-awareness, and practical coping skills.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about connection. We’ll focus on getting to know each other, exploring what brought you here, and beginning to set goals. My aim is to ensure you leave feeling heard, supported, and with a sense of next steps.

I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward your goals and create meaningful change in your life.
