Great to meet you!

I work to create a curious environment for individuals (15+) and relationship partners to explore and grow safely. Often, I will discuss how your psychosocial development impact your current well-being by holding a safe space for exploration and by using multiple client-focused modalities (ACT, CBT, SFBT).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in the unique perspectives of the LGBTQ population, enjoy aiding my clients in tackling anxiety, depression, and major life transitions (divorce, relocation, etc). I will offer you tools to navigate current challenges and set attainable goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize an approach of radical empathy to create a safe space for my clients to explore the here and now while looking to the past for clues and the "whys". We will set goals to use this information to reshape your future. I hope you will find it transformative, interesting, and empowering.
