Hi. I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in Women's Health. My passion is in serving along side women during the most vulnerable phases in life.

My approach to therapy

I have experience with suicide prevention and crisis work, as well as substance use and addictions. However my passion and skills are focused on Women's Mental Health. This includes areas such as infertility, trying to conceive, pregnancy loss and perinatal and postpartum Mood Disorders. I like to use Solution Focused Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help women find healing and coping tools to apply in real life situations.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be getting to know the client and meeting them where they are at. Going over the most impactful areas of life and coming up with a treatment plan on how to walk along side them as they start their healing journey.
