As a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals regain balance, clarity and confidence as they take control of their mental health. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD in an expert and compassionate way for clients of all ages.
I take a compassionate, evidence based approach to caring for my patient. My approach is collaborative, and includes thoughtful medication management with practical coping skills.
