Rosaly Jimenez

Hello & Welcome! My name is Rosaly Del Valle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I see therapy as a space to pause, reflect, and process life’s challenges. I am here to help you navigate through it all. I am committed to providing an environment where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward becoming the best version of themselves.

Outside of the therapy office, I proudly embrace my “grandma at heart” personality. I find joy in embroidering, baking, antiquing/thrifting, working on a new craft project, or hosting a dinner party. I believe there is something powerful about slowing down and finding comfort in life's simple pleasures. Those same beliefs guide my work as a therapist. I aim to provide a warm and supportive environment for healing, self-discovery, and growth. Helping others navigate their unique journeys is deeply rewarding, and I am honored to be part of the process.

My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectable Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, and my role is to work alongside clients helping them to gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and be able to move forward with greater confidence.

Our first session together will focus on understanding who you are, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we will identify meaningful goals, develop a personalized plan, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
