Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is client-centered, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy should be a safe space where clients can openly express themselves without fear of judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, understand their experiences, and develop practical strategies to support growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, emotional regulation skills, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I focus on helping clients build healthier coping mechanisms, improve communication, increase self-awareness, and gain confidence in managing daily challenges.

Every client’s experience is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit each individual’s needs, personality, and goals while creating an environment that feels supportive, encouraging, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and comfortable environment where they can share their concerns, experiences, and goals at their own pace. The initial session is focused on getting to know the client, understanding what brought them to therapy, and identifying areas they would like support with.

Clients can expect open conversation, active listening, and collaborative goal setting. Together, we will begin exploring challenges, discussing strengths, and creating a plan that supports meaningful progress. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about their journey forward.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that promotes trust, emotional safety, personal growth, and long-term wellness.
