Rosalyn Thomas

I am licensed in Colorado and Florida with over 25 years of professional licensed clinical experience working with clients in addictions, relationship issues, anger management, depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I have extensive CBT experience and working with those who want and are prepared for change in their behaviors.

I have a PhD in Family studies, with a concentration in family dynamics. I have a comprehensive understanding of roles, behaviors and attachment patterns within families.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs

I listen and provide feedback. Our goal is to increase your ability to manage difficult emotions/times by utilizing the skills and techniques you are learning during session and through homework activities.
