Great to meet you!

As a trauma-informed therapist, I believe emotional healing is essential to living a grounded and fulfilling life. Reaching out for support can be difficult, so acknowledging the need for help is already a meaningful first step. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and family-of-origin challenges, while also supporting those impacted by serious illness, parenting stress, and faith-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients break unhealthy patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and move toward lasting healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I begin our work together with an introductory session where you’ll have the space to share your story, your experiences, and what you’re hoping to achieve in therapy. This is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to clarify your goals in a way that feels meaningful and realistic for you.

I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe to be open, honest, and vulnerable at your own pace. Building trust and emotional safety is at the core of my work.

From there, each session is intentionally guided toward your goals. Together, we will explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that support healing, growth, and lasting change in your daily life.
