Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging... I believe we don't have to walk through this path alone. I specialize in working primarily with adults. I am driven by a deep passion for guiding my clients toward emotional balance and enhanced self-understanding.

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve gained extensive experience working across diverse therapeutic settings in Puerto Rico, Massachusetts, and Texas, consistently supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments with compassion and stability.

Outside of my practice, I finds peace and inspiration in her personal life. My love for animals, especially my therapeutic dogs, plays a vital role in my sense of balance and healing. Whether traveling with my family and dogs or finding stillness in nature, I treasures quiet moments that restore my spirit. Grounded in my Puerto Rican heritage, I also enjoy exploring new cultures and fostering connections across different communities. My approach to life and therapy is centered on compassion, understanding, and the belief that healing is a journey of mind, body, and soul.

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress related or self esteem issues, do not hesitate to contact me.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, attentive, and strength-focused, creating a safe space to explore patterns, improve relationships, and foster self-awareness, while honoring cultural diversity with dignity and empathy.

What you can expect from me

I am deeply inspired by witnessing the transformative impact EMDR has on my clients. It's incredibly rewarding to observe how they can release years of emotional burden in a significantly shorter time compared to traditional talk therapies.
