My approach to therapy

I work best with individuals who are willing to try to be a bit uncomfortable, who feel courageous to try something new and creative, maybe something that they are not used to. I work best with individuals who are willing to discover their strengths and use them as the grow. I am able to work with people who have varied cognitive, mental, emotional or physical abilities.

What you can expect from me

I really enjoy the person who is ready for a change, who is all in, who likes to laugh even be silly at times. I like the person who is ready to move with me, breath with me, sit with me, I enjoy the person who is ready to be in an experience with me and be able to feel safe and secure when they share. I find it a privilege to be in that presence.
