Great to meet you!

Life is really complex and challenging so I’m glad you’re checking in to find ways to support a fulfilled, happy and thriving YOU.

Whether you are here to process trauma, sort out your future plans or relationships, learn new coping to manage stress, or some other area of your experience that is having an impact on you, I’m honored that you’ve considered how I can support you. In a process you are empowered to design, we will create a space where you can grow, heal and feel better using a variety of evidence-based techniques, a safe virtual environment and our therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

In sessions, I adjust treatment methods to each individual client based upon their needs and wishes. I am able tap into a variety of practice experience and approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, mediation, humanistic, solution-focused, strength-based, relationship-oriented, and trauma-informed interventions.

The most important tool you can bring to our time is your authenticity. Show up as yourself!

What you can expect from me

I love this work and helping others to meet their goals and heal is so fulfilling. Clients have shared that I’m a great match for those who are feeling overwhelmed, are burdened by feelings of disappointment or failure, need a safe space to process racial trauma and microgressions, experience first-gen or immigrant intersections, live with unresolved trauma and/or have complex or unhealthy relationships. I enjoy supporting the growth and development of those who are learning, growing and becoming secure in themselves, including LGBTQIA+, young adults, and BIPOC professionals.
