Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I have been working as a LMHC for the past 10 years. My experience includes treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem issues as well as addiction. My experience also includes providing counseling for professional adults, single adults, children, families, adolescents and young adults. During my free time I like to hike, practice yoga, meditation and spend time with friends and family.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to develop a therapeutic alliance with my clients in a climate of trust and respect for their unfolding life story. I believe in a working partnership with clients. I utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals through solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy for positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to empower you to make changes in your life through supportive counseling and education to help you regain balance and deepen your understanding of self.
