Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Rose. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) with an MSW degree from Fordham University, and I’ve spent more than a decade at an award‐winning dual‐diagnosis treatment center in New York City. That experience shaped my approach to therapy: warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping people understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful, lasting changes.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and I specialize in anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use, parenthood issues, adult children of alcoholics, dysfunctional family systems, life transitions in addition to career or relationship dissatisfaction. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who grew up in chaotic or emotionally unpredictable homes and are now working to build healthier boundaries, relationships, and self‐care.
My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, feel understood, and explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings clinical expertise and a grounded, human approach, I’d be honored to work with you.
