Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in MD, DC, and VA with over a decade of private practice experience. I am passionate about helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges. Whether you’re dealing with infertility, reproductive challenges, postpartum, anxiety, self-esteem issues, early childhood trauma, or life transitions, I am here to support you. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your concerns and work towards healing and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with a range of issues, including "adulting" concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, etc. I have special training and clinical interest in reproductive mental health, including infertility and IVF, pregnancy and perinatal loss, NICU trauma, and the postpartum period. These areas are close to my heart both professionally and personally as an IVF and NICU mom.

What you can expect from our first session

No matter what you’re facing, I’m here to help you on your journey towards well-being and fulfillment. I offer in-person sessions in the North Bethesda area and telehealth to clients throughout the DMV. I offer a safe, comfortable space, with free coffee, snacks, and a comfy couch!
