Rose Boff

I'm a trilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Portuguese & Spanish). I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. I provide therapy services in-person and via telehealth to individuals (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma issues, OCD, DID, self-esteem, self-harm, and grief and loss.

I work from a person-centered perspective, integrating neurobiologically-informed therapeutic tools and blending elements from evidence-based approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy and experiential therapies that focus on healing through direct, often emotional, experiences, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Coherence Therapy. My practice is tailored to meet each client's unique needs, considering their characteristics, preferences, and motivational levels. As a Christian, I also incorporate faith-based principles into my therapeutic work when appropriate, respecting and honoring the spiritual dimensions of my clients' lives

I carry my call with my heart by connecting with people in meaningful ways to help them meet their needs, creating powerful connections between their stories, experiences, and beliefs to promote self-knowledge, constructive engagement, understanding, and interpretation of the vital parts of where they came from, to become the best they can be.
