Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychotherapist, I believe in prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help is the hardest part, so compliments in taking the first step. I have been practicing for over 20 years, but have shifted in dealing with clients that are struggling with depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone has a unique story. Together, we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, even the difficult parts, and work to reframe challenges into opportunities for growth, resilience, and a more positive, empowered path forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they feel safe to share openly and be vulnerable. Together, we build trust at your pace, creating space for honest conversations, deeper understanding, and meaningful growth. The goal is to help you feel supported while developing the confidence and tools needed to move forward.
