Great to meet you!

Hi there,

I'm Rose.

I have degrees including Bachelors in Mathematics, Bachelors in Nursing, Masters in Nursing Informatics, and Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. I'm a woman and a professional who puts myself in the shoes of another person.

Do you feel overwhelmed with life and feel like you don't know what to do?

In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion using evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang ups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

My approach to therapy

Anxiety: In my experience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), has been invaluable for patients struggling with anxiety.

ADHD:

In my experience, providing parent education and training is essential when working with children with ADHD.

Depression: Depression treatment typically involves various approaches. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can assist patients in identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, while medication, when appropriate is prescribed by PMHNP/Psychiatrist.

What you can expect from me

Client will always take away ways to manage their problems and reaching out if they need more help.
