Great to meet you!

I’m a LMFT and a Certified EMDR Therapist with a strong foundation in trauma-informed, attachment-based care. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and the lasting impact of past experiences. I integrate EMDR, parts work (Internal Family Systems), and somatic practices to help clients access deeper healing. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have several years of experience supporting clients through meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s unique story. I work relationally, meaning I see healing as something that happens in the context of connection, both with yourself and others. I tailor each session to your pace and goals, drawing on EMDR, parts work, and other evidence-based tools to help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional safety. For couples, I support partners in breaking painful cycles and building trust through emotional attunement and honest communication.

What you can expect from me

Whether we’re working through old wounds, navigating current stressors, or strengthening relationships, I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. My goal is to support you in connecting with the most authentic parts of yourself, with compassion and curiosity.
