Great to meet you!

Many of the adults I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or exhausted from anxiety, relationship stress, grief, people-pleasing, or painful past experiences. Some struggle with self-criticism, boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else while neglecting themselves. I work with clients seeking healthier relationships, improved communication, greater confidence, and a stronger sense of peace and connection within themselves. For clients who desire it, I’m also comfortable incorporating a biblical or faith-based perspective into the counseling process.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand the emotional and relationship patterns contributing to stress, conflict, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. Together, we work toward healthier communication, stronger boundaries, greater self-confidence, and more balanced ways of coping with life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, and what you would like to see change moving forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, feel understood, and feel hopeful about the possibility of change.
