In 2006 I received a master's degree in social work and have expertise working with children, adolescent, and adults.

My approach to therapy

Meeting the client where they are, respecting their self-determination and need for autonomy as well as cognitive therapy to assist them with eliminating negative perceptions about themselves and how they relate to the world around them. Psycho education is a treatment modality as well to assist the client in skill building for successful outcomes.
