Welcome! I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 3 years' experience. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to receive care. I pride myself in taking a humanistic, person-centered approach to helping individuals manage mental illness primarily through psychopharmacological but also psychotherapeutic, and lifestyle interventions.
