Great to meet you!

I provide adoption assessments, as well as psychological assessments for ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism, and mood disorders. My specialities for therapy include anxiety, depression, relational issues, disordered eating, PTSD, and issues related to spirituality/religiousness and culture.

My approach to therapy

I like to work collaboratively and long-term with my clients, in a way that feels warm and relational. I take a predominantly Psychodynamic approach, and also incorporate other modalities as needed, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and CPT. I prefer to consider historical experiences in conjunction with present experiences in order to understand a client's current struggles.

What you can expect from me

The first session typically feels different than any other session. I go through a comprehensive intake with my clients in order to gain a broad understanding of clients' past and present symptoms/experiences. I use this first session to inform treatment goals and outcomes.
