Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and board-certified National Certified Counselor trained in a variety of approaches to support children, teens, and adults through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. I work with neurodivergent and deeply feeling clients to strengthen self-understanding, communication, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns of connection.

With younger clients, I incorporate creativity, play, and emotional safety while supporting families in building consistency, communication, and practical coping skills. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in practical tools that help clients create lasting change, stronger self-trust, and a more connected life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational. I integrate EMDR, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and parts-informed work to help clients better understand themselves, process overwhelming experiences, and build healthier patterns and relationships.

I work with people who may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by life transitions, relationship stress, trauma, masking, or self-doubt. Therapy with me is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and practical support as we work toward greater clarity, emotional safety, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what feels most important to you right now, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a space where you feel emotionally safe, understood, and able to show up as yourself without judgment.

Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, stressors, and strengths while discussing practical ways to support your growth, healing, and day-to-day well-being.
