Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in both Psychiatry and Family Practice. I have over a decade of experience as a Nurse practitioner working in different roles: in-patient, out-patient and in the community. My formal education was at SUNY Downstate for FNP and Molloy College for PMHNP.

More importantly, I am a mother of two adult children who are already making their marks in healthcare and finance.

My approach to therapy

As a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner, I bring a holistic and patient-centered approach to mental health care. My practice is grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs.

Utilizing a combination of psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, and lifestyle interventions, I aim to address both the symptoms and underlying causes of mental health conditions, empower my clients to achieve optimal mental well-being and lead fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Every client will expect to walk away with a clear understanding of their diagnosis, how their medications work, their purpose, and the expected benefits. They will be informed about potential side effects and the importance of adherence. Also, assured of continuous support and communication.
