Hello! My name is Rose Udechukwu J. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with education and training in treating clients with mental health conditions across the lifespan. I work with my clients meeting them where they are, support and empower their journey to find balance and resilience. I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADD/ADHD, sleep disturbances, eating disorder, PTSD, trauma, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, OCD, autism, etc.

In addition to medication management, we incorporate evidence-based psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I prioritize creating a safe and validating environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. I collaborate with my clients to explore their experiences, identify issues, and develop individualized treatment plans that will address their unique needs and goals.
