Dr. Rose Zayco

I am a Florida licensed psychologist. I earned a Doctorate in Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I have advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting and Emotionally Focused Therapy to treat adults (individuals and couples) with trauma, depressed mood, anxiety and relationship difficulties.

My approach to therapy is warm, responsive, engaged, non-judgmental, and compassionate. It is informed by knowledge on attachment theory, emotion theory, trauma, and working with the body.

Clients often report feeling calmer, having more clarity about their emotional and relationship difficulties and feeling greater confidence within themselves (towards their emotional states and younger parts of themselves) and in their relationships.
