Rosealee Williamson

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I’ve worked with clients with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, adjustment concerns, family conflicts, life changes and coping with stress. I understand the impact relationships have on an individual. Whether the relationship is with family of origin, a partner, a friend, or a colleague; a healthy sense of oneself supports and builds healthy relationships.

My clinical approach is firmly grounded in strength-based narrative therapy, a synthesis influenced by both Narrative therapy and Cognitive therapy. I am a staunch believer in my clients' expertise in their own lives, and my role is to be a supportive guide throughout their journey of healing and rewriting their narratives. Together, we will explore the stories that shape your experiences and work towards empowering transformations.

My interactions with clients are focused on maintaining a respectful, insightful, and empathetic environment. I work with clients at their pace and comfort level focusing on the achievement of desired goals and the maintenance of these goals.
