Great to meet you!

I work with women who are juggling the demands of work, relationships, family, and everyday life while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or never quite "good enough." Many experience burnout, anxiety, ADHD, body image concerns, divorce, or major life transitions. Therapy helps them quiet self-criticism, set healthier boundaries, manage stress, and build a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels personal and practical. I draw from different modalities using CBT often but I tailor each session to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and practice strategies you can actually use in daily life. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with both insight and action steps. You’ll gain practical tools for managing stress and emotions, a deeper understanding of yourself, and strategies for improving your daily life. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, supported, and a plan.
