Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree, committed to providing personalized, evidence-based support to my patients. I have over 20 years of experience in healthcare. I provide psychiatric care for the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, insomnia, OCD, and PTSD, among others. I specialize in psychiatric medication management for patients, including young adults, adults, and older adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach emphasizes effective listening, therapeutic communication, support, and client education. we will work together in a collaborative partnership built on open communication and mutual respect. I will listen, offer support, and gently challenge you to help you move toward your treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

Your initial session with me is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your mental health symptoms, and identify your treatment goals. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you will feel safe, comfortable, and heard.
