Great to meet you!

I work with people who look like they’re holding it together but inside feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in survival mode.

Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship strain, or major life transitions and are tired of trying to “figure it out” on their own.

I bring over 15 years of experience working with individuals, children, and families, and I integrate traditional therapy with mind-body approaches that help calm the nervous system and create real, lasting change.

I currently accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and UnitedHealthcare.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and real-life change.

I integrate attachment-based work, CBT, and nervous system regulation to help you not just understand your patterns but actually shift them.

We’ll look at how your past experiences shaped the way you think, feel, and relate today, while also building practical tools you can use immediately in your daily life.

My goal isn’t just for you to feel better in session but to feel more steady, clear, and capable outside of it.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting a clear understanding of what’s going on and what you’re needing right now.

I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, history, and what’s been working—or not working—for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. Most people don’t.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a better sense of direction and whether we feel like a good fit moving forward.
