Great to meet you!

I have 16 years of experience working with diverse populations around issues of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions such as breakup or divorce, relocation, job changes, and becoming a parent. Life transitions can catch us off guard, and it can be a challenge to find footing again and figure out what comes next. I use a relational and trauma informed approach to guide inner exploration and nurture personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental space for you to process emotions related to what you may be experiencing. Using a strengths based and trauma informed approach, I'll join with you in breaking cycles and gaining a new perspective. I specialize in trauma, and understanding the way trauma impacts our interactions with the world around us.

What you can expect from me

Some relief! At the end of our sessions you should feel lighter, and as if what you walked in with no longer feels so heavy. Each session we'll unpack some of the issues that are impacting you, and bring understanding to what might cause your reactions. We'll discuss tools to cope with emotions as they come up in between sessions.
