Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

I am committed to meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward greater resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both empathic and collaborative, helping clients gain insight into their thoughts and patterns while developing practical strategies for meaningful change. Through cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused strategies, I work with individuals to strengthen interpersonal relationships, improve communication, and build skills that lead to healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss and explore reasons for initiating therapy while identifying client goals and expectations.
