Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the first step in seeking help. Sometimes taking this first step is the hardest for most people to take, so congratulations! My hope is to provide you with a safe place to work on whatever symptoms or concerns you are currently dealing with. I have been in the field for over 15 years and have worked with an array of populations. My experience is in the areas of trauma, PTSD, ADHD, adolescents (at-risk youth), relationship issues, divorce, and law enforcement issues. In addition, I have experience working with veterans to provide a second opinion and/or assessment in support of their VA Disability claims.

As a military veteran, I also understand the expectations of the military lifestyle and the stress this places on family dynamics. My goal is work with your family to help build effective ways to manage both lifestyles without impeding the military mission.

Another unique population that I work with is law enforcement and first responders. Sometimes my purpose is to offer support and/or assistance with fitness for duty evaluations. Again, I commend you on taking the first step to a healthier you. I look forward to working with you and/or your family.
