I am a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker with a broad range of experience. In addition to private practice, I have worked and trained at McLean Hospital, the top psychiatric hospital in the US, and at Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.
Finding a therapist can be daunting, but a good fit can make all the difference. I work with clients in a respectful, caring, and direct manner to understand who you are and what challenges you face. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, thought disorders, and addiction.
My practice is focused on adults seeking insight about their feelings, struggles with work, relationships, and life changes. Older adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, healthcare professionals, and first responders are some of the people I've enjoyed working with.
