Great to meet you!

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. And a journey towards a healthier, happier life begins with a single conversation. Let's take that first step together. Everyone deserves to live a life that's fulfilling, meaningful, and I am passionate about helping individuals and families find their way back to happier, healthier lives.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can talk openly about your experiences. I look forward in working with you. The journey to healing is yours alone, but I'm here to navigate with you.

My approach to therapy

My mission is to help you achieve your current barriers and develop a deeper understanding of your own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and use that knowledge to make positive changes in your life. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, which includes addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person's life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming but our first session is designed to be a gentle, conversational introduction. There's no pressure to dive into everything right away. We'll use this time to connect, talk about what you're experiencing, and discuss the type of therapy we can use to best support you. By the end of our time, we’ll have a clear, shared vision for our next steps.
