I'm a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing for over 25 years working with children and adults addressing issues related to stress, trauma, PTSD and positive coping skills. My past experience includes being the Clinical Director of the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center for 15 years. I am currently not accepting adolescent patients, and only working with adults.

My approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy; stress/anger identification; management skills; TF/CBT certified (trauma focused/cognitive behavioral therapy); ;grief/ bereavement therapy.

What you can expect from me

I am conflict resolution orientated; utilizing positive psychology techniques; treatment goals, growth and healing. Our first session together will be getting to know you and learning about your goals and concerns.
