You are encouraged to engage in personal exploration that includes a warm, safe environment that allows you to relax and share your concerns. We often engage in supportive reflection and interactive discussions.
I start with an introductory session where you share your needs and goals for therapy. Typically, we spend the first session getting to know each other and your needs for personal growth. I often check in with you as to your work schedule to determine when it is best for you to meet and whether you want in office meetings, telehealth or blended sessions.
