As a psychiatric provider, I am committed to working with you and your family on your journey to healing and discovering your best self throughout this process. I am a board certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), currently licensed in Washington State and Massachusetts. I have been working in the healthcare industry for over two decades, treating adults age 18+ with chronic severe anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma, personality disorders, substance abuse disorders, and co-occurring disorders.

My practice offers comprehensive psychiatric services to adults of all ages and for a broad range of mental health ailments and addictions. The holistic approach is the most effective way to achieve one's treatment goals. Therefore, I use a combination of psychotherapy, case management, and medication management. I rarely provide medication management alone. I strongly believe that the combination of therapy/skill building and medication management produces the best outcomes and lasting results.

My only goal in this process is to help you feel safe to open up, set appropriate goals for your psychiatric and therapeutic needs, identify the interventions that would be the most effective for you, and building a strong rapport.
