Great to meet you!

I take a holistic, nonjudgmental approach to therapy that honors the connection between mind, body, emotions, and spirit. While my primary foundation is Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and trauma-focused approaches. This allows me to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, are emotionally overwhelmed, life transitions, relationship stress, and difficulty coping with painful past experiences. My forensic training also helps me support individuals navigating legal stress, court involvement, or the emotional impact of the justice system. I work especially well with clients from diverse backgrounds, belief systems, and lived experiences, who want healing that feels clinically grounded and personally meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, inclusive virtual space where clients can explore challenges, process emotions, and move toward healing and wholeness. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, mood instability, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns. I use evidence-based techniques to help clients build coping skills, regulate emotions, challenge negative thought cycles, and reconnect with their values. At the same time, I bring spiritual sensitivity into the work when that is important to you. My goal is to help you feel supported as you heal not only emotionally and mentally, but in a deeper, more whole-person way.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will talk about your “why” — what brought you to therapy, what symptoms or stressors you are carrying, and what healing might look like for you. You may be coming in with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, legal stress, relationship issues, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and determining the most helpful path forward. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected from the start. Using a blend of clinical tools and spiritual sensitivity, we will begin building a plan that supports healing for your mind, emotions, and spirit.
