Great to meet you!

Hi folks, I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor and trained dance/movement therapist. Over the past fifteen years, I've worked with diverse populations in a number of different settings including community mental health, residential rehabilitation, specialized outpatient clinics, and correctional facilities. As a trauma specialist, I pride myself on providing a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and authentic space that is tailored to the individual.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Sessions are more conversational than clinical. I pull from evidence-based practices such as Harm Reduction, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), while I also have strong foundations in body-based therapies and contemplative practices.

What you can expect from our first session

Whatever brings you to therapy, you can expect to be met where you are as you are. Please don't hesitate to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation call if you're interested in exploring working together.
