Great to meet you!

Welcome folks, I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor, trained dance/movement therapist, and empowerment coach. Over the past fifteen years, I've worked with diverse populations in a number of different settings including community mental health, residential rehabilitation, specialized outpatient clinics, and correctional facilities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Sessions are more conversational than clinical. I pull from evidence-based practices such as Harm Reduction, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), while I also have strong foundations in body-based therapies and contemplative practices.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel deeply seen and supported in exploring how events, relationships, and identities have shaped their experiences in the world. With increased awareness, we build capacity for feeling and regulating. With more space to feel and regulate, we work towards integrating parts of the self. Sometimes it's linear, but more often, it's not. Either way, we take one step at a time, together.
